PropTech Startup Raises £20M to Digitise Property Management

RentFlow, a property technology startup founded in 2022, has completed a £20 million Series A round led by Octopus Ventures. The platform uses artificial intelligence to automate tenant referencing, maintenance requests, and rent collection.

The company plans to double its workforce and expand into Manchester and Birmingham by the end of the year. CEO Sarah Jenkins said: “We’re removing the friction from property management so landlords can focus on growing their portfolios.”

PropTech investment has remained resilient despite a broader tech slowdown, with investors betting on long‑term digitisation of the property industry.
